Cassettes are over 40 years old, they look like they haven't been played much. All intact. We would recommend gently fast forwarding and rewinding before playing. The fold out cover has minimal wear, slight age discolouration inside. Has been kept in the white box/ shipper it originally came in. Which is a bit grubby and worn.
