How do I know that my item will work?
All our stock is rigorously checked when we purchase it. In the rare situation that an item does not work as expected, we offer you the chance to find a replacement in store, or obtain a full refund if you prefer.


What happens if I have a change of mind?
We recommend customers use the instore listening equipment provided if they are unsure about a CD or LP. If they are disappointed or feel the item was not what it should have been, we offer an exchange for any item of equal (or greater) value in the store. We do not issue credit notes. Please ensure you return your item within 14 days of purchase.

What do I need to do to obtain a refund?
Always keep your receipt as proof of purchase and present it when returning the item. We are unable to offer refunds for items without evidence of purchase from Dixons.
