Embossed metal sleeve with a black inner sleeve and an extra b&w printed info sheet.

VG+/ NM (Record / Sleeve) 

Still in shrink. Shrink is open on top edge. Record has some light surface arks.  Couple of holes in shrink at corners, and scratchy marks on the shrink, I don't think much if any have had an effect on the actual metal sleeve, but I'll give it a NM just in case there are a couple of marks.
